I’m sorry.

Sometimes saying “sorry” or “oops, that was my fault” or “ya got me there”, can be so liberating for us. And so freeing on the inside. Yep.

The act of admittance of a shortcoming or wrongdoing on our behalf can short circuit blame, disable bitterness, and paralyze division between friends as we acknowledge our imperfections.

And often — saying sorry, is the most empowering thing we can do.
